Standard delivery within Germany via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash Advance (CA).

Companies and public services may order via invoice.

Delivery outside Germany via Cash Advance (CA) only.

Within Germany
Postage & Packaging within Germany is free.

Outside Germany and within the European Union (EU)
For destinations outside Germany, but within the European Union (EU) the actual postage & packaging is added to the price stated on these websites.

Outside European Union (EU)
For destinations outside EU the actual postage & packaging plus €30.00 is added to the price stated on these websites.
 

Withdrawal or Redemption

Our products are shipped sealed.
Pursuant to § 312 d Abs 4 No. 2 German Civil Code the right to revoke or return software or carriers of data which have been unsealed by the buyer is excluded.

Similarly, there is no legal right for cancellation after the data have been sent out via e-mail, or if the delivery was a customised solution.

USB-Stick

The additionally required USB-Stick can be purchased in our shop.
